What is Infrared? Infrared radiation is a natural heat diffused by nearly anything and everything around us. Whether it is our bodies or the road you are walking over, infrared rays are everywhere. The FIR saunas use infrared heaters to emit infrared rays pointed directly at the body of the user. No steam effects. These direct rays are adjusted through conversion. Therefore FIR saunas don't have to produce extreme heat. This is the sole reason why people prefer infrared saunas over traditional ones, as you can sit longer without feeling uncomfortable. Are Infrared Saunas Safe for use? Till date, not a single research has shown the harmfulness of infrared saunas. Rather it is believed to be safer than the direct sun rays as FIR rays do not contain deadly ultraviolet rays etc. Health Benefits of Infrared Saunas We are living in a world which moving at jet speed.
